Our story started in Adana in the early 1930s when Abidin Bey set his heart on gold. In those years, when we heavily engaged in gold, our family name became Altunbüken with the enactment of the Surname Law.

Aydın Altunbüken, Abidin Bey's son, met gold when he was 7 years old. Exactly 70 years spent with art, design and production; that's easier said than done...

In the 1950s, our love for gold went beyond the borders of Adana. We opened our first branch in Yeniköy, İstanbul, where Aydın Altunbüken spent his university years. Thanks to the interest in our designs, we also accessorized the unique women of Yeşilçam with our jewelry.

Aydın Altunbüken has become the name sought after by gold lovers not only in Adana but also in many different geographies with its different designs, quality and reliability as it passes from generation to generation. Not only he modernized, enriched and transferred the models from our tradition to the next generation, but also he made the beautiful-spirited women feel the exquisite scent of orange blossom with the jewelries he designed...

And from this day forth, we have decided to present our designs, produced with unique handwork and great effort in our own workshop, with our new brand.

Thus, our TUA was born.
